Klean
Lax was designed as a very strong laxative but it's also very gentle. A lot of
times people say you take laxatives & you become addicted to them but this
herbal formula is different, Klean Lax is not addictive. This is not going to
solve your problem even though it will solve the immediate need. It is not going
to change the poor digestive functions that you have or the abusive diet or
whatever is causing the constipation. So in a temporary situation where
constipation is a problem use Klean Lax, it will make a difference. Remember it
is important to deal with the problem, find out what it is & take something
to correct it. There are 3 requirements to good
digestion, you must consume enough 1. bulk, 2. liquid (moisture) & 3.
lubrication. In New Mexico our state bird is the Road Runner, our state illness
is mañana (I will do it tomorrow), our National bird is the Bald Eagle, our
national illness is…guess…constipation. You've heard the expression
"You are what you eat?" Well, if you eat ____, you feel like ____,
when you go to the rest room you smell like ____, so if you want to get the ____
out of your life, quit eating it. Quit believing everything you hear on TV! Let
me give you something to consider. Food is never advertised on TV. One
more time so you can hear this, and say this sentence out loud as you read it…
Food is never advertised on TV, or for that matter radio, and very seldom
printed material. Only 'food products' are advertised. If we're going to take
back our lives we must eat food the best that we can get, not 'food products,'
the laziest we can settle for. Take back your life. Lazy food makes a lazy
colon. Take nature for instance. Animals very seldom suffer from this problem
unless they're eating off the man's table. Let's take the 3 elements of good
Let's discuss the reality of diet. Why do you think we have a food pyramid? And
what happened to the old 4 basic food group chart? Did we outgrow it? Was it
wrong? Why do we have a food pyramid now? Perhaps mankind has evolved to the
point that we no longer need the 4 food groups, maybe our diets have evolved to
the point where the food pyramid better describes it. Preposterous! The basic 4
Food Group chart was written to benefit the Meat and Dairy Association. It was
an advertising campaign done so well that those opposed to it were looked at as
radicals…weirdoes, after all it's got to be right because it's taught in
public school. Look at the bottom of the food pyramid, who is it written by? The
Agricultural Department. What do they know about diet? About the same as the
Meat and Dairy association. But they both know if you eat more of their product,
they eat better. The true elements of diet. A. Water. We can't live
without water. From the ground or out of our food, we need water. It renders no
calories per gram. B. Starch. It renders 1 calorie per gram. A
starch is a complex sugar molecule found in grains, vegetables, beans. The
difference between a starch and a refined carbohydrate is that the fiber has
been removed from a starch to create a carbohydrate. Fiber generally renders no
calories per gram. A carbohydrate renders 4 calories per gram. Example: Brown
rice = starch. White rice = carbohydrate. Carbohydrates do not exist naturally
in nature, they are created by man. C. Protein. Proteins render 4
calories per gram. They are contained in varying amounts in vegetables, fruits,
grains, and a much larger amount in beans, peas and meat. D. Fat
(oil). Fat or oil renders 9 calories per gram. All foods are
made up of these 4 elements, some in greater amounts then others. When you
eliminate refined carbohydrates from your diet, center you diet around starch,
little bit of protein a little bit of oil, constipation won't be a part of your
life. Traditional use of the contents: Mayapple Rt. influences the gall
bladder & the liver, & is a laxative. Senna Lf.
Is helpful in biliousness, bilious headache, & is a laxative. Cloves,
when combined in right proportion with laxative herbs, reduces or prevents
gripping. Cascara Bk. is a laxative helpful with decreasing build-up on
side of colon.
