THOSE MORNING ACHES AND PAINS

We had a woman in the clinic the other day. She had come to see Dr. James for other problems. Dr. James did dry blood analysis and noticed that she was suffering from arthritis. He asked her about it and she had just learned to deal with those morning aches and pains. Dr. James suggested she take only two Arth Rite twice a day. After only one week of taking the Arth Rite she told us that she did not know how she got along without the Arth Rite. Now she tells everyone how the Arth Rite has given her life back. We love to hear these stories and to know that we are making a difference in your lives.

SPOTLIGHT ON: C-PLEX

Many researchers agree that vitamin C supplements are essential to a healthy life. Most of us know that vitamin C has been used for centuries to prevent scurvy, but did you know that getting 500 mg a day of vitamin C has been shown to help with:

  • Skin Regeneration
  • Skin protection
  • Wound healing
  • DNA repair
  • Cellular repair
  • Cellular protection
  • immune system boost
  • cardiovascular disease
  • eye disease
  • prenatal health problems
  • Cancer
  • stroke

Our C-Plex is buffered with bioflavonoids. This means that the c-plex will not bother your stomach like vitamin Cs that don't have bioflavonoids. Here is what is in C-Plex:

INSTANT HOT COCO MIX

1 1/2 cup raw unrefined sugar

4 Cups dry milk powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (or carob)
1/8 tsp salt

This works best in a VitaMix or similar high power blender but you can also do this in a normal blender. Add the sugar to your blender first and run on high for three minutes. This will make the sugar like powder sugar and give you fewer lumps in your hot coco. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on medium until well mixed.

To make Hot Coco:

1 cup boiling water
1/3 cup mix
