Dinner Rolls

I really like these rolls because you can use just about any flour you like and the recipe uses honey instead of sugar!


1 Cup warm milk

1 Tbs. Honey

2 Tbs. Margarine

1 tsp. Salt

1 pkg. or 3 Tbs. Yeast in 1/2 cup warm water

3 to 4 cups Flour ( this depends on the type of flour used)


Mix all the ingredients. Put on a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes (until the dough is smooth and elastic and no longer sticks to your hands). Let the dough rise for 15 minutes. Roll out and form into rolls. Let rise for 45 minutes. Bake in an oven at 400° for 15 minutes.
