Pumpkin Pie

4 eggs


11/4 Cups Mild Honey


3 Cups Pumpkin


3 1/3 Cups Milk or Light Cream


1 Tsp. Salt


2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon


1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves


1/2 tsp Nutmeg


Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pastry shell. Bake at 425 ° for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 ° and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted a little off center comes out clean.
