If it makes you late for your ten o&#8217;clock drink it is okay just try to not be more than 15 minutes late.&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"59\">10:00 PM<\/td>\n<td width=\"477\">Drink the oil and grapefruit mixture.\u00a0 Take it standing up and get it down within 5 minutes (15 for elderly or weak persons). LIE DOWN IMMEDIATELY, You might fail to get stones out if you don&#8217;t.\u00a0The sooner you lie down, the more stones you will get out.\u00a0 Be ready for bed and lie down flat as soon as the drink is down.\u00a0 Prop up your head with a pillow and keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes.\u00a0 You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles.\u00a0 There is no pain because the bile ducts are open due to the Epsom salts.\u00a0 Now you can go to sleep.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Expect diarrhea in the morning.\u00a0 Look for stones in the toilet with the bowel movement.\u00a0 Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue.\u00a0 Only bile from the liver is pea green.\u00a0 The bowel movement sinks, but the stones float because of the cholesterol inside.\u00a0 Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones.\u00a0 They appear as &#8220;chaff&#8221; floating on top the toilet bowl water.\u00a0 It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals.\u00a0 Cleansing the chaff is just as important as purging stones.
