Bring to a boil:<\/p>\n

3 cups purified water (must not have chlorine)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add herb mixture<\/p>\n

Horehound\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u20261 ounce<\/strong>
\n Wild Cherry Bark\u2026\u20261 ounce<\/strong>
\n Anise seed\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.1 ounce<\/strong>
\n Elecampane Root\u2026\u2026.1\/2 ounce<\/strong>
\n Lobelia Herb\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.1\/4 ounce<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lower heat. Simmer for 15 minutes and strain out herbs. This should be<\/p>\n

about one pint to this add :<\/p>\n

1 1\/3 cups honey (1lb)<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 \u00bd cups of Apple Cider Vinegar<\/strong><\/p>\n

This cough syrup can be used for all ages and is good for asthma,<\/p>\n

bronchitis, colds, etc. Keeps well, not necessary to refrigerate but helps<\/p>\n

with the flavor.<\/p>\n

Dosages: One tablespoon every one to three hours for adults or as needed.<\/p>\n

Under twelve a teaspoon at a time is best.<\/p>\n

Infants 10-20 drops from a dropper as needed.<\/p>\n

This syrup can cause vomiting of phlegm this is normal it will help clear<\/p>\n

up the congestion. If vomiting occurs repeat dose after 2 – 3 minutes.<\/p>\n
