1 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
1½ cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup quick oats*
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine honey, oil, cocoa and cinnamon in a small pan, bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. 2/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cups pecans chopped
