Raw honey, unsulfered mo-
lasses, carob, unflavored
gelatin, pure maple syrup

Refined sugars (white, brown,

VEGETABLES

All raw and steamed, fresh
or frozen, potatoes baked
over 400 or steamed.

All canned vegetables, fried
potatoes in any form, corn
chips.

BEVERAGES

Herbs teas (chamomile, mint
comfrey leaf; no caffeine)
fresh fruit and vegetables
juice.

Alcohol, cocoa, Coffee. carbonated 
beverages, canned or
pasteurized juices, artificial
fruit drinks.

DAIRY

PRODUCTS

Raw milk, yogurt, butter
and buttermilk in limited
quantities. White cheese
Non-fat cottage cheese.

All processed and imitation
butter, ice creams and all
toppings and pasteurized

EGGS

Poached or boiled eggs
no more than one per day. 

Fried eggs.

FISH OR POULTRY

fresh white, broiled or
baked.

Non-white, breaded or fried.

GRAINS

Whole grain cereals, bread, 
muffins (rye, oats, wheat,
bran, buckwheat, millet ).
cream of wheat, brown rice
whole seeds (sesame, pump-
kin, sunflower, flaxseed).

White flour products, hull-      
less grains and seeds,(
pasta, crackers, macaroni,
snack foods white rice, pre-
pared or cold cereal, cooked
seeds.

NUTS

All fresh, raw nuts.

Roosted and / or salted nuts,
especially peanuts.

MEATS

(red)

None (only when very cold
or near starvation).

All red meat products should
be avoided.

 


ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS:

Avoid smoke, exhausts, foods which have been sprayed with pesticides, food
additives (especially MSG and others ending in “ate”). And foods with
artificial colors., flavors, and preservatives.
