Potato Soup
6 cups (2 lb.) potatoes, red, cubed, with peels
1 (1/2 lb.) onion, small, diced
3 cups water, just enough to cover vegetables
1/2 cup fat, butter, coconut oil, olive oil
2 teaspoons salt, sea (to taste)
1 teaspoon onion granules
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
1 tablespoon parsley, dried or fresh
1/8 teaspoon white pepper (opt.)
1 1/4 cups white sauce, thick (1 recipe)
Prepare vegetables place in pan, cover with water, bring to a
boil. Add fat & spices, simmer till done. While soup is
simmering, make white sauce then add to soup.
Optional ingredients: celery, corn, brussels sprouts, green chili
& etc.
